KMBC's 80th Entering Class

This fall, twenty-four students make up KMBC's 80th entering class! The new students attended orientation August 17-18,where they were introduced to campus life and KMBC's mission to prepare Christian workers in furthering God's Kingdom.

Friday, August 19, kicked off the semester as the first full day of school! In chapel Friday morning, Dr. Speas challenged the students to be outstanding for God, indicating that “ordinary folk can become extraordinary for God!” In the Sunday evening service held at Mt. Carmel, he spoke about how God looks on the heart, giving illustrations of the hearts of three kings from the Old Testament. He shared the stories each king – one who served God with half a heart, one who served God with an imperfect heart, and one who served God with all his heart. He once again presented a challenge to the students to love and serve God wholeheartedly! The two messages were great exhortations to excellence for both the new and returning students.

KMBC anticipates that the Lord has much in store for these students, both in this school year and in many years ahead!
