Dual Enrollment

Dual Enrollment is a program that allows high school and home schooled students to take college courses and earn college credit while still in high school. It is a great opportunity for students to get a head start on their college education and save money on tuition. Kentucky Mountain Bible College offers Dual Enrollment courses to eligible high school students who meet certain academic standards. Kentucky Mountain Bible College offers a variety of Dual Enrollment courses, including Bible and theology courses, general education courses, and ministry preparation courses. These courses are taught by experienced professors and provide students with a solid foundation for their college education, and life beyond. By participating in the Dual Enrollment program at Kentucky Mountain Bible College, students can gain valuable college credits, a biblical foundation, and and get a head start on their future wherever God leads.

 

Eligible Seniors may dual enroll up to full time.

Eligible Juniors may enroll up to 6 credits per semester for first time students, up to full-time for those re-enrolling or providing additional verification of preparedness.

Eligible Sophomores may take up to 3 credits per semester. Exceptions approved individually.

Dual Enrollment Requirements

  • Student must complete regular application or the dual-enrollment request form. No application fee required.
    • KMBC recommends Juniors and Seniors save time and complete the regular application.
  • Student must currently have and maintain a B average (3.0 GPA)
  • Student must submit current highschool transcripts
  • The high school must agree to the arrangement
  • Student must meet or exceed  KMBC placement test requirements
  • Parent/Guardian must submit a Parental Consent form
  • Students must provide a high school official recommendation if requested

Important Notes:

  • Certain courses are not available for dual enrollment.
  • Students who have completed requirements for High School graduation but have not yet graduated
    may be ineligible for this offer

Summer Youth Camp

This fantastic event is designed for 7th-12th graders. Campers will go canoeing, hiking, water sliding, and other great outdoor fun. All this in a spiritually charged atmosphere.
