Fall Revival

KMBC’s Fall Convocation was a blessed time of students drawing closer to the Lord. Rev. James Keaton preached anointed messages with both sensitivity and conviction. Students were inspired and challenged by his sermons, which ranged in topic from “Spiritual Prisoners of War,” to “The most important thing: loving God and loving people,”and “What does the Lord require of you?”

The last revival service was Friday evening, October 12th. The message was a rather somber one, the story of Belshazzar and the handwriting on the wall from Daniel 5:1-6. The altars were lined with serious seekers. The service ended with several triumphant testimonies, and a reminder that even though the scheduled revival is ending, it can continue in hearts and lives that are sensitive to the Holy Spirit.

He has shown you, O man, what is good;
And what does the Lord require of you
But to do justly,To love mercy,
And to walk humbly with your God?

-Micah 6:8
