My personal relationship with God began when I was five years-old beside my bed with my mother leading me to Jesus. As with all children, I had much to learn, especially in my spiritual walk with Jesus.  I look to age 13 when I realized I needed to be filled completely with the Holy Spirit, and yielded my life completely to Him at a revival meeting. The Christian life is one of progressive, continual, and complete surrender.  Over the course of the last ten years, the Spirit has led me into full-time ministry away from a lucrative career, far from my geographic and social center, and into experiences of culture far from my. own. It is a joy to serve Jesus! The challenges and rewards are great. He is faithful. Pray hard and fasten your seat belt! My wife, Paige, and I met at Union Bible College where we both graduated. I am currently working on a Ph.D. at Liberty University in Biblical Exposition, which I started two days before receiving the call to come to KMBC. God works in mysterious ways His wonders to perform! We have three adult children (two married), and six grandchildren.
