At Kentucky Mountain Bible College, students aren’t waiting for a degree to begin ministry—they’re ministering now. They preach, lead worship, disciple peers, teach youth, and reach their communities with the Gospel. They are not the church of tomorrow. They are the Church of Today.

To support and strengthen these young ministers, KMBC has launched the Church of Today Scholarship—a $1,000 annual scholarship built around intentional, weekly discipleship. Students who receive this scholarship commit to consistent mentoring or small-group formation throughout the school year.

This scholarship is more than financial help—it is an investment in spiritual formation. Year after year, we have seen that discipleship is the key element of Bible college training that shapes both heart and character. Through intentional mentoring, students grow in holiness, deepen their walk with Christ, and gain clarity in their call to ministry.

KMBC invests over $100,000 each year in student discipleship because we believe God calls us to form Christlike workers for the harvest. But we also know this mission is shared by many. Friends, alumni, and churches across the country love this school, believe in scriptural holiness, and care deeply about the students who are preparing for ministry. The Church of Today Scholarship gives you a direct way to encourage and equip these young leaders.

Many churches feel the strain of fewer ministers and workers. Some wonder whether the days of holiness preaching are fading. But at KMBC, we see something very different. God is raising up a vibrant generation of men and women whose lives reflect humility, devotion, and a clear passion for spreading the Gospel.

Supporting this scholarship is a way to say, “I believe in what God is doing in this generation, and I want to take part in it.” Your gift strengthens a student’s discipleship, fuels ministry training, and helps build up the Church of Today.

Every dollar given to this scholarship directly funds intentional weekly discipleship for KMBC students. You can choose a giving level that reflects how you’d like to support this ministry:

• $100 — Sponsor One Month of Discipleship
  Provide one full month of mentoring and spiritual guidance for a KMBC student.
• $250 — Sponsor a Quarter (Three Months)
  Support an entire season of discipleship and growth.
• $500 — Sponsor Half a Year
  Equip a student with six months of consistent mentoring.
• $1,000 — Sponsor a Full Year of Discipleship
  Provide a complete year of intentional discipleship through the Church of Today Scholarship.
